Volunteers Are A Vital Part Of The CCAS

The CCAS is in the process of establishing an official volunteer program for the shelter. Information will be posted as it becomes available. We do need immediate help with fund raisers for the new building. Email us if you would like to help.

Volunteers will become very important to the animals at CCAS and vital to helping the CCAS achieve our goals. Once the shelter is built, you have the option of spending as little as 6 hours a month helping out at the shelter, or everyday! We can always use the help.

Volunteers assist the CCAS by walking dogs, grooming animals, socializing cats, kittens and puppies and assisting where needed. Volunteers can also become Foster Parents for animals that have not yet been adopted. A Foster Parent's commitment can be anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks.
